This was to be expected...especially when the critics and others had trashed the show.
Many viewers have been turned off by what others had said.
Now that the ep order has been cut, more have lost faith in watching the show.
It's a shame, esp if the last couple of eps turn out to be much better.
If ep 8-10 have been written by another writer, we might see some better storyline and more intriguing eps to watch.

Some were expecting the show to keep its last week ratings but a lot of viewer have given up because of the cut in episode order. I really hope the show has bottomed.

The early numbers for 1.06 are very bad :
The Cape this week (#4 2.8/4)

The Cape ranked 4th in its timeslot among all networks with a 2.8 households share.

Last week early numbers were : 3.3/5 households. That's a huge drop from last week.

As i said in the Ratings and Audience thread : at this point, talking about the ratings is useless. The preliminary numbers gives you a good idea of the final numbers. Enjoy the show, discuss the plotlines without looking at the ratings.
