If you remember, Arrow executive producer Marc Guggenheim said in an interview with TV Guide that Summer Glau will be back on Arrow, without further detail on the date. And now Marc Guggenheim and Andrew Kreisberg revealed at a press Q&A that Summer's character Isabel Rochev will return to Arrow in episode 2.18, reported THR.
Isabel's return trip: What has Isabel Rochev (Summer Glau) been up to since viewers last saw her? The businesswoman, who has been on the periphery as of late, will make a return appearance in the 18th episode of the season. "We'll find out what she's been up to," Guggenheim teased.
UPDATE: the episode 2.18 of Arrow is titled "Deathstoke". We don't know the synopsis yet, but this episode should tell us more about Isabel Rochev's motive to take over Queen consolidated, her back story and her common history with Moira Queen. Episode 2.18 should air on April 2nd, 2014.
It's not clear in how many episodes Summer will be in and if she's not going to be in any of the episodes before that. Summer Glau said in a previous interview that she was originally asked to do three episodes, and that she has done five (we will assume she already filmed them); we have seen Isabel in four episodes by now (Season 2, episodes 1, 4, 6 and 8). But the shooting of episode 2.18 has not begin yet (they're currently shooting episode 2.17) and there's still one episode with Summer that we haven't seen.
Of course we will continue to monitor carefully what the future reserves for Isabel Rochev so stay tuned and visit the Summer Glau Wiki regularly.
Meanwhile, a new villain - Nyssa, the daughter of Ra’s al Ghul – is headed to Starling City looking for the Black Canary/Sara Lance (Caity Lotz)! But does the daughter of Ra's al Ghul want more from Sara than just her return to the League of Assassins? Katrina Law plays Nyssa, and tomorrow's episode titled "Heir to the Demon." should be pretty awesome. Check out Arrow 2.12 'Heir to the Demon' trailer.
Arrow is all new Wednesday at 8/7c!

With the appearance of Katrina Law as Ra’s al Ghul's daughter Nyssa, I guess we can rule out Isabel Rochev being Talia Al Ghul.
Good to know we will find out what Isabel Rochev because we still don’t know much about her. I did love her interaction with Oliver and Felicity, though because it’s always hilarious to see a super-serious character with a more lighten character.

Arrow writers and stunt team are doing an awesome job. But there's so many storylines going on in Arrow, with the Suicide Squad, the Justice League and characters development that there's not much room for a C-plot.
I don't see how Isabel Rochev could get much more screentime than what we already saw in previous episodes. Even Digg and Felicity have had very limited screentime in the last few episodes.
