We have learned today that the Firefly and Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles star has signed with Prime Time Appearances, a booking agency that specializes in talent appearance representation. She was previously with Heroes for Hire, founded by Buck Rogers's Erin Gray.
As you may know, Summer has decided to take a break from acting in order to have kids and spend some time with her family. And while we certainly miss her on our screens, she has certainly earned her time off. Take your time, Summer – just make sure you come back, as we can't wait to see what you do next.
Congratulations to Prime Time Appearances and her new client, and we hope they will build a lasting and productive working relationship and help create an amazing experience for convention goers (that means you!).
As for us, we will continue to support Summer and share our passion with all of you.

As my friend Gregg mentioned on Twitter, this might cause an issue now making it harder to have a Firefly meetup at convention if she isn't with the same agent as the rest of the other cast members?
For example, Sean, Summer and Adam used to be in the same agency. Coincidentally, they were seen very often together at the same conventions. It might be more difficult to "sell" a Firefly package to cons now.

Will this affect the conventions she appears at then? For example, will Summer still appear at places like MCM London, or is that completely out of the question now due to the agency switch? Silly question but I'm completely clueless about this stuff and London would probably be the only opportunity I have to meet any of my favourite performers.
