Episode 9 might be the last Episode. If they already been shooting episode 10 I hope we get it on DVD. We will know more in a couple of weeks

It will be a wait and see.....IMO.
Anything can happen between now and the end of the month.

Me too. But it's likely that the production STOPPED after the cut order. The most probable is that NBC decided to cut the loss and not to air the tenth episode.

This episode is not Orwell-centric; yet we will have a bit of backstory, or should i say future story.

NBC's schedule right now is this one;

Feb 28
Chuck #17 8pm
The Cape #9 9pm
Harry's Law #7 10pm

Mar 7 (The Event returns with a two-hour episode)
The Event #11 8pm
The Event #12 9pm
Harry's Law #8 10pm

This is possible to postpone Chuck' March 14's episode and air The Cape 1.10 but i don't see NBC doing it.

We know The Cape episode 1.10 has been filmed but we don't know when/if it will air.

I see three possibilities :

1)NBC has paid for it but decides not to air the episode.
2)NBC has decided to air The Cape 1.10 at a date which remains to be defined
3)Thomas Wheeler has asked and secured from NBC a delay to convert 1.10 into a serie finale episode.
