Pictures: Second day at Wizard World

Second day of Summer Glau at Wizard World Comic Con Philadelphia, which means more endless queues in front of Summer's booth to get an autograph or a photo op (watch images of Day 1) and at the end a meeting with the most adorable guest at fan conventions. Despite the wait, the joy at being able to meet Summer Glau and Firefly alumni Gina Torres, Jewel Staite and Adam Baldwin was written on the faces of all.

Great to see that Summer Glau and Philadelphia Comic Con attendees had a blast!

Fans have reported that they could not get the photo op with Summer Glau they paid for because the wait was too long (they will have a refund of course).
Summer is a fan favorite at conventions and her lines are always very long. I guess this is also why photo ops with her are directly at her booth instead of being in another area, probably in order to save time.
Contrarily to some guests such as William "Captain Kirk" Shatner, Summer Glau is not a signing machine who attends conventions only to make a maximum of money and doesn't care about the fans. Summer is lovely to everyone and sometimes it can lead to spending too much time with one guest.
Summer is aware of that, of course. A friend of mine reported that she stayed over late after the con had closed (you can watch the picture here).
