In this video filmed in Los Angeles on July 15, 2008 during FOX TCA Summer Press Tour 2008
, Terminator: The Sarah Connor stars Thomas Dekker and Summer Glau react to the hype surrounding Brangelina (Bratt Pitt and Angelina Jolie) and the twins.
Thomas Dekker on why the public is so fascinated with actors Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt:
I think it's just that there is an element in the industry and media that often separates people in the industry, that almost makes them like they are not human. People like my parents, so there is kind of an innate interest in seeing what they are doing and you know, how they are living their life. That's fine, it's just an interesting little thing about the media and how we perceive it.
In this video filmed in London on October 5, 2005 for the UK release of Serenity, watch director Joss Whedon on bringing 'Firefly' to the big screen, actor Nathan Fillion on why people should come see the film, and actress Summer Glau on physical training for the film.
Summer Glau on Joss Whedon's visions and her stunts (at 2:45 of the video):
We all knew that I wanted to do the fight scenes myself, that was a goal for Joss and a goal for me, so I worked really hard. You know, he didn't want to take the camera away from me, he didn't want to do a lot of tricks, he didn't want to do any wires. We didn't want it to look like an actress trying to look like a martial arts star. He wanted it to look like a real fight, like she walks in and she can use what she has around her to take people down.
In this video filmed in Los Angeles on January 9, 2008, during the LA premiere of Terminator: The Sarah Connor at the ArcLight Cineramadome, Lena Headey, Thomas Dekker and Summer Glau are interviewed on the red carpet.
Summer Glau on succeeding Arnold Schwarzenegger as the Terminator protector:
Well luckily I'm completely different from Arnold and I think that it was a really smart idea because no one will ever take his place. He's Arnold Schwarzenegger. He is the Terminator to so many people. So we wanted to do something that was completely different and I think I am.
In this video filmed in New York on October 21, 2009, Eliza Dushku teases the second season of Joss Whedon's 'Dollhouse'.
Eliza Dushku on bringing Whedonverse actors to the show, including Summer Glau:
When we first started the show everyone was asking, 'Are you going to have people from the other - from the Whedon universe?' I think the first season we really wanted to make the show specific and this year we just decided we were thrilled to be back and we wanted to bring in all the people who have excited us in the past and that we know can bring their A game and get the job done and that we enjoy and have fun with and so we've had amazing guest stars. Summer Glau, of course, was in 'Serenity' and 'Firefly' with Joss. She enters this scene and she's a programmer and we have some history together and she's a naughty little minx, (laughs).
Summer plays the programmer of the D.C. Dollhouse. We find out that there's - the Rossum Corporation is much bigger than just the L.A. Dollhouse. It's actually a worldwide underground organization. So, she basically plays the Topher of the D.C. Dollhouse.
