Summer Glau posed for celebrity photographer Tyler Shields for a ballet in the streets session at night on April 5, 2009 in Los Angeles (Photos from the Contour collection by Getty Images).

The Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles star was wearing a dance leotard, white tights and ballet slippers for Tyler Shields's photoshoot for his book "The Dirty Side of Glamour", showcasing Shields’s unrestrained creative spirit (the photos ended up not being used in the book).

We have acquired the HQ version of the Tyler Shields 2009 Photoshoot. Check out below HQ photos of Summer from the Contour collection by Getty Images. Enjoy!

Contrarily to Tyler Shields provocative and edgy style, Summer Glau's photoshoot remains thruthful to the charm, loveliness and inner light of her true effeminacy that are her true nature.

Here's the video of Summer Glau taking ballet to the streets for photographer Tyler Shields; the song is by Cat Power "I Found A Reason”

While I'm not a big ballet fan I love these ballet shots of Summer Glau and the short video. Summer is just so gracious.

Same here concerning ballet, but for some reason I am mesmerized by these photos of Summer. There's something about these pics that just grabs me.

And tho I gotta admit that after I've seen Summer in Angel, doing her dance parts in tv and movies and this photoshoot  kinda makes me see something special in it while she dances.

I don't know maybe(Certainly ;)) it is Summer's touch that is able to translate the emotions and the motions of the dance and to see the magic in it.

It kinda reminds me of when I was watching Gema Peris. You know I never was a big fan of weight lighting, if any at all, but I saw something special in her back in the day when I first saw her in Sidney I think. Maybe it was her slender figure compared to the majority of her rivals, or/and her personality, but it grabbed me. Ans tho she hasn't won a medal or anything that much I still enjoyed watching her competing.

Now not to sound like a bad looser, but it wouldn't be far from the truth either that most of those who "outlifted" her looked pretty much like they were pumped on steroids or the likes, primary cause that some looked like twice her size  and significantly wider than 80% of the competitor in her class. And it wasn't that she couldn't lift well, on the contrary - she was truly a fighter and always performed quite well. And again I see in Summer - a fighter as well, in every thing she has done so far, as far as I have seen her put her sights on it.

But I've got carried away alittle. smile
Anyways whether it's an art or a sport (tho I am not much of a man of the latter, mostly the "prior" :D) I always seek for this special someone, even if he/she isn't at the top of the world right now, even if he/she is. The reason why I fell in love with Summer on and off screen, as an actress and a human, cause she is really special.

And last, but not least I want to thank thou whoever contributed to make these HQ's available. Thanks again. happy

I would gladly sign up for a ballet class if I knew Summer Glau was the instructor.
