The full Festival lineup is out!

Director: Tanner Beard
The film relives the story of how the expeditions and encounters of three outlaws through historical 1870s Texas were remembered for a lifetime. It is the story of how ‘Hell’s Gate’ at Possum Kingdom Lake, Texas came to have it’s name. Stars Summer Glau, Eric Balfour, Lou Taylor Pucci and Henry Thomas

Thanks for doing the update, Fermi.
I asked a director i know about the opportunity for this film to be distributed and he told me that the film playing on festival was usual. I'm still not optimistic about a theatrical release.

My guess is that this movie won't find a film distribution company. It's something usual in the movie business and there is nothing to be ashamed of. Even big stars have made movies that were judged not interesting enough to go to big screen and were released directly to DVD or broadcasted on tv.
The Knights of Badassdom seems to have more potential but is still small fish

This is the second premiere, isn't it? The first being last year in Beverly Hills, CA. I don't know much about the movie business, but it's taking a long time for this to be released. I wonder why. I'm not a big fan of westerns, but I'm looking forward to seeing Summer. She'd be great in a gunslinger role like the one Sharon Stone made a while back.

the legend of hell,s gate an american conspiracy not a bad film mainly starred eric balfour the guy out of haven but neverless enjoyed seeing summer in a sort of different role she normally plays actually she did great and looked great without even trying never seen her on a horse before so that was good the film reminded me of hell on wheels in a sort of way that series is on tcm so good storyline ,good film, and of course summer glau as maggie moon
