We are not sure about the last name of Summers character. In the pictures her ID badge says Emily Glau
but on the computer screen previous episode
the name says Emily Kovach.
Next episode will air on Thursday, March 15th (9:00-10:02 p.m., ET) on ABC.

BTW "Kovach" is a name which is actually very similar to a Hungarian family name. "Kovács" means "Smith" in English. I wonder if "Kovach" is actually a foreignified version of the name and Emily has a Hungarian heritage .
Though it also resembles Czech too so I wouldn't bet on it( but there is a connection most likely between the versions if thats the case)

My two cent on the title of the episode is that cristina will take it "one step too far" on finding if Owen is really cheating or not.
When (if) it turns out it's not the case (imo), Owen may feel angry at Cristina and will add another problem to the show.
Mission acomplished Emily

The fact that we have promo pics this time proves that Summer will have more screentime this time, or at least more "quality" one.
More, Kevin McKidd, who plays Owen in GA, tweeted last week that Cristina and Owen are in for a "crazy ride for a while".

Thanks for the HQ pics!
About the name confusion : no way is the nurse's name going to be "GLAU" because it would blur the line between the reality (the actor's name) and the fiction (the charcater's name).
As The1Russter said, they were shooting the episode before they have sorted details like the nurse name.
I remember is saw a comment on the original cast of Hawai 5.0, saying that they could have kept the name of the actor, Kam Fong, for his character in the serie, Chin Ho.
This makes no sense and it's the same here.
