Good news if like us you love Isabel's interaction with Felicity, Oliver and Moira. Arrow's executive producer Marc Guggenheim revealed in an interview with TV Guide that Summer Glau will be back as Isabel Rochev in the second half of the second season and that we will learn more about her backstory.
Find below the excerpt on Summer Glau:
Will we see Isabel Rochev (Summer Glau) again because there is still the question of why she wanted to acquire Queen Consolidated?
Guggenheim: Summer will be returning to the show. We have not seen the last of Isabel. All of Isabel's motives will be revealed. That said, not everyone on the show has to be planning on blowing up the city. There are some people who are heroes, some people who are bad guys and there are people who have to just be people. That said, in Episode 8, we got a taste that there's a history between Isabel and Moira that we don't fully understand or know about yet. When Isabel returns, we will learn the secrets of that exchange that they had.

Summer Glau said in an interview that Arrow producers called her for three episodes and that she finally filmed five. Since we already saw Isabel in four episodes (1, 4, 6, 8), we might see her in one more episode only (unless Summer Glau filmed more episodes in between).
Arrow returns Wednesday at 8/7c on The CW.

I"m Hoooooooooowling mad, Yes Summer Glau is back with a vengeance, I had visions of maybe Isobel doing a workout in one of the episodes, kicking hells bells out of a punchbag, and all of a sudden Oliver walking in seeing what Isobel is capable of, and thinking Oh! my god with mouth wide open, never mind Arrow is back and Summer is back and that"ll do for me.

I can't wait to see more Isabel Rochev. And if I am reading correctly between the lines, Guggenheim says that Isabel Rochev is not Talia Al Ghul in disguise or any other DC Comics superhero, she's just...Isabel Rochev.
At the begining, I thought that there might be more to Isabel Rochev than just a powerful businesswomen having some kind of history with the Queen family but then I realised I was wrong. Maybe it's better this way because it means Summer won't be playing the same kind kind of "superpowered" characters, for which she is best known for, over and over.

well in the Batman Arkham City game you got to fight Ra’s al Ghul himself and though he is a DC character not sure about his daughters. Talia saves you from the three assassins in the game.
