I've seen comments online saying that Isabel's move is part of Slade's revenge plan. But I have not seen the slightest hint in previous episode that could lead us to think that Isabel and Slade are allies. Don't get me wrong, I'm not saying that they are not allies, just that we don't know that. Isabel's arc has been completely separated from the Slade or Green Arrow arcs so far.
The only thing we know about Isabel is that she was raised in Russia but was adopted by Americans, that her name is on Oliver's father list and that she has an history with Moira.

Can't wait to to find out more about her agenda!

I'm very well aware that most Arrow fans can't wait to see Slade Wilson (Manu Bennett) spend some quality time in that shiny Deathstroke armor and that Isabel Rochev's arc is in the B or C-plot but I hope Arrow writers managed to build an intense episode.

Actually she is from Siberia, but it isn't precise where she was raised. I think that in Arrow just before she and Oliver had a "quick" quality time moment wink she said something about being the lonely girl with the foreign accent or I may be wrong. Well not that it matters that much, I have to go check the ep to see for sure, but if that's correct she at least partly is raised in the states.

Whether she works with Slade, I dunno. But I don't think that the arrow writers would go for so slick storyline with what we've seen so far. And the premise that Olive won't be able to solve the problem he faces regarding Isabel only or partly confirms that.  Again I may be wrong, but I can't see much standing in his way of killing her if he knew she worked with Slade to hurt his friends and family or/and that she was involved in his kidnapping and torturing on the island. Unless of course, he really has deep feelings for her and further more if Isabel also has some more than business feelings for him. And or if killing her might out him or his company in more dangerous position somehow than if he can deal with her in another way.

I wanted to make it short but I think she said she stayed in Russia till she was (around) 9 and went to the States after that.

I don't believe season 2 Oliver would kill Isabel from cold blood. Since the Isabel Rochev story arc seems to come to an end, Isabel has to disappear. I guess Arrow writers will find a way to get rid of her without killing her.
