I remember the first time i saw the film, i was optimistic that she would make it with the reavers, because of her skills she showed in the bar fight scene and because the film had a general sense of optimism, perhaps because of the humor involved. Of course there were 2 people dead already, but Rivers had this... experience on her side  .
And yes, bad visual effects with the legs of the predators. I didn't remember it though .

| # 2823 Yes, it was announced on TV about a month ago. I did notice that FHM was doing photo shoots and turning what was once nice girly pictures in to almost pornographic shoots. I thought it was not very good any more.
(I'm not a regular subscriber but I ordered a whole year's worth about 3 years ago to see who was in it. I was quite shocked how they got the girls to pose sluttily).

Being able to meet the most gracious and serene Summer Glau, giving her a hug, taking a picture with her because she wanted to meet me even though she was on her way out. Genuine sweetness and whole hearted warmth radiated from this woman and she was simply down to earth and human. Plus she does her own stunts ;)

There is one game which Americans call it "Simon says", but there are versions of it probably in all the world. In that game, the leader says "Simon says" and a sentence and the others have to be quick to answer, if it is true or false. Failing to do so, or answering wrong, they get out of the game.
