I must admit I used to watch the 6 million dollar man and enjoyed it but the initial thought never left my mind. It's OK having super strong metal limbs but how is his body muscles supposed to be strong enough to control them? For instance, he runs like the clappers but the use of his stomach muscles, the muscles from his body to wherever his limbs were connected would not be able to take the strain and would probably kill him. Either that or he would suffer constant and catastrophic ruptures of all his flesh organs.
I think Cameron is better designed but of course we need to consider her flesh physiology too. She would not only use her servo motors, she would use her muscles too - otherwise they would wither away..... unless of course her nanode technology kept her muscles strong, along with her remarkable healing ability.
I think it is a shame for Summer that she never got the break that Leven got but it goes to show casting agents look for girls that fit their criteria. Yet, it is Summer that we want to see. She has the talent. All she needs is a good script, like Cameron or perhaps the Russian ballerina in her first ever TV role. We all know that unless Summer were to tell us herself, she might be happy to take guest appearances just to pay her bills and spend more time at home with her family and dogs. == As far as Cameron's thoughts about Riley were concerned, I'm still not sure that she had developed human-type sentientality or the ability to be jealous, but I feel it would have come at some point in the future if John had paid her the attention she deserved.
(I'm not sure that the word sentientality is good adverb but I'm sure anyone reading this will understand what I mean).
