In 'Twelve Strangers', Summer Glau has a decent amount of screen time, considering the pilot introduces the story and the (many) characters. Deliberating the fate of a potentially innocent man led to a lot of heated discussion among the sequestered jury, especially between Summer's and Heather Dubrow's character. Later in the episode, there's a lovely and light-hearted scene between Summer's character, a member of her family and another jury member played by Chuck's alum Ryan McPartlin. The first episode ends with a cliffhanger, as Anna is facing difficult choices.
Sequestered is very addictive. Once you watch an episode, you're captivated by the story and keeps wanting for more. You can also find me on Twitter, Facebook, Tumblr or Youtube
I like seeing the more human aspects to characters that Summer plays as Anna, it broadens her acting range and allows other producers to see that she is very well capable of playing other roles. This can lead to other roles in the future. The world is cruel...so I laugh at the irony.
Got done with the first episode. I found the interaction between Summer Glau and Heather Dubrow amusing; Summer is willing to fulfill her civic duty with care and deliberation while Heather simply doesn't want to be there and just wants to get the verdict over with.
By the end of the episode, I got the sense that this murder trial only scratches the surface of something bigger, as Summer was threatened via video signal to get the jury to vote guilty. Will see compromise the safety of her sister and herself to do what's right, or will she give in to the mysterious third party's demand?
Great pilot. Sequestered is one of my favourite shows with Summer. It seems, i found another familar face from The Sarah Connor Chronicles. The actress name is Laura Leyva, she played a doctor in s2ep4 (Allison from Palmdale).

Good catch Frank!
In Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles 2.04 'Allison from Palmdale', Laura Leyva plays the doctor who examined a pregnant Kacy Corbin (the Connor's neighbour). In Sequestered, Laura Leyva played the judge hearing the case who decided the jury's sequestration rule during deliberations.
