As you may have guessed from recent posts, we’re busy building out places where you and your crew will have adventures. And what list of Versey locales would be complete without those combination strip mall/carnivals of the 26th Century, the Space Bazaar?
Lots of stuff going on in this particular game model. Feel free to peruse the merch. Never know, you might find yourself a mutated cow fetus, a cunning hat or not-so-dead war buddy
Firefly Online Game lets you travel the Verse with all-new stories to experience. You’ll captain a boat, hire a crew, and take jobs as they come. Some of those jobs will even bring you face-to-face with some of the Big Damn Heroes, voiced by the original cast.
The first Big Damn Hero interview is up on The Cortex, the companion application of Firefly Online game. Go Behind the Scenes with the good Dr. Tam and loyal brother to the winsomely-unhinged River Tam, Sean Maher. Here's a preview:
We had the chance to watch the interview with Summer for Firefly Online, recorded after her voice over session for the game. Summer looks adorable and we just couldn't believe how young Summer looked as River Tam. This is a marvelous, funny and vibrant interview, in which Summer talks about creating a character like the winsomely-unhinged River, her excitement to play River again for Firefly Online, what she thinks River thinks about Mal and much more.
He’s back! Michael Fairman revives the delightfully dark Adelai Niska for Firefly Online.

Every Big Damn Hero needs an equally larger-than-life villain to battle. Thankfully, the utterly brilliant Michael Fairman has returned to reprise his role as the over-the-top evil crime boss, Adelai Niska! Niska is one of our all-time favorite characters from Firefly, so it should come as no surprise that he plays an important part in the main storyline. For today's Big Damn Hero Day, we give you a peek at what everyone's favorite, lovably sadistic syndicate leader has in store for you. Be sure to watch the full interview exclusively on the Cortex!
Wil Wheaton will be doing the male character voice on the Firefly Online game.

Wil Wheaton will be your avatar in Firefly Online!
This just in from Firefly Online HR: Wil Wheaton has joined the FFO voiceover team and will be playing the part of you – that is, he will be giving voice to the male player character. We couldn't be more excited that Wil is taking on this huge part. (There's lots of Chinese cursing too!)
And now I wonder who will voice the female player character... You can also find me on Twitter, Facebook, Tumblr or Youtube

The Verse is a very big place, and it ain't exactly what you'd call welcoming. Among the host of new threats waiting for players in Firefly Online is someone who's no stranger to villainy: the incredible Kelly Hu. In this behind-the-scenes look, Hu unleashes her "inner Dragon Lady" as she gives us a peek at the devilish crime lord, Whisper Lo Pan.
See the full interview exclusively on The Cortex, the official companion app for Firefly Online: http://keepflying.com/cortex
For the record, Kelly Hu played along Summer Glau on Arrow.

If you've got a boat that needs fixin’, ain’t no one better than Serenity’s cheerful resident mechanic, Kaylee Frye, to get you back in the air. Lucky for us, Jewel Staite has returned to bring Kaylee's engineering prowess and trademark sunny disposition to Firefly Online!
Jewel wasted no time falling back in step with Kaylee and dove right back into character like a duck to water. In this brief preview, she talks about the unexpected ease of slipping back into character after all these years.
Check out this teaser for a new Firefly Game interview with Ron Glass this time.

"Let's do it again! Let's do it some more!" -Ron Glass on Firefly In talking with the Big Damn Heroes, it's been made abundantly clear that they love the Verse as much as the fans do. Look for no further proof of this than Shepherd Book himself, Ron Glass. As we sat down with the good preacher to reminisce about Firefly, he spoke fondly of the characters, the people who played them, and even the folks behind the scenes. And as he shares in this interview clip, he even admits he's "a little resentful" that the show isn't ongoing. We're with you there, Shepherd!
