# 1381 here she is in Buffy, although I suspect she looks a lot younger there.  She's the blondie to the right of the picture.

"Blindspot" Scores Second Season Renewal

NBC's "Blindspot" has become the first TV series of the Fall season to score a renewal for a second season.

The network handed out the early order today, around a week after the network approved the series scoring a full 23-episode first season order.

"Blindspot" has been the top-rated new series of the 2015-16 season, averaging a 3.7 rating among adults 18-49 and 12.7 million viewers.

Nearly three months into the new season, this second-season order predates any official cancellation of a Fall show - though various shows have seen their initial thirteen episode orders trimmed.

# 1384 above.  I've seen it advertised on SKY in the UK but it has not yet been shown.
I checked out the cast, but do not recognise anybody.
It appears to be worth a look

# 1385 It's a pretty cool show I've just finished episode eight, the show exhibits great potential with occasionally frustrating execution, but Its numbers warrant a renewal that's for sure.
The cast well i like Jaimie Alexander she had a couple of guest appearances in Agents of SHIELD as Lady Sif, and i don't know a great deal about Sullivan Stapleton.

The show starts 24 November on Sky Living in the UK.

ABC Cancels "Wicked City" After 3 Eps

The first official cancellation of the Fall TV season has arrived with ABC axing its anthology series "Wicked City" after just three episodes.

The 1980s-set true-crime procedural starring Ed Westwick and Erica Christensen opened to dismal reviews, along with a disappointing 0.9 key demo rating and 3.3 million total viewers.

By the third episode it had fallen to just a 0.4 rating in the key demo - the lowest number for an original telecast on the major networks this Fall. ABC has now pulled it off the schedule altogether.

Production is set to conclude after the eighth episode, it's uncertain if the five unaired episodes will be broadcast. Repeats of "Shark Tank" will take over the drama's Tuesday at 10pm slot from November 17th.

The broadcast networks have been holding off on cancellations this year awaiting DVR data before making any judgments as live viewership continues to dwindle. Instead, several series have seen their 13 episode season orders truncated to 9 or 10 episodes awaiting the judgement of the network.

Outlander (Kinda) Casts Lord John

Claire, prepare to have your honor defended.

Outlander has cast Oscar Kennedy as John William Grey, someone who will play an incredibly important role in both Jamie and Claire's lives for decades to come.

But if you're a fan of the books who's dying to meet the smooth, blonde British officer - you'll have to wait a while. The Starz series is introducing Grey as a boy, the same way readers meet him in Dragonfly in Amber - the Diana Gabaldon novel on which Season 2 is based.

In the book, John (who'll later be known as Lord John) stumbles across Claire and Jamie and immediately assumes that she is his captive. Though he is woefully unequipped to challenge Fraser and his men, John nonetheless attempts to save his countrywoman from the ruthless Scots - and the interaction has ramifications that extend throughout the rest of the books.

Kennedy played Edward in Hunted. His other TV roles include The White Queen and Great Expectations.

Better Call Saul Season 2: When Does It Premiere?

The cable network just let us know when Better Call Saul will return to our lives.

The Bob Odenkirk-anchored prequel to Breaking Bad will kick off Season 2 on Monday, February 15 at 10/9c.

As for what fans can expect to see from the drama this winter and spring? Teases Peter Gould, executive producer and showrunner:

"Jimmy McGill's journey takes surprising, left-handed turns in season 2 of Better Call Saul. He goes to places we'd never, ever expected.

"As for Mike Ehrmantraut, he's pulled deeper into a world he was sure he'd left forever. We can't wait to share the next chapter of Better Call Saul with the fans who have embraced the show."

Better Call Saul debuted in February of 2015 as the number-one new show on cable among total viewers, adults 18-49 years old and adults 25-54 years old.

It was nominated for Outstanding Drama Series at the Emmy Awards.

Once Upon A Time Casts Hercules And Meg, Plus A Returning Heroine!

Once Upon a Time is officially going Greek.

An ABC spokesperson confirms that relative newcomer Jonathan Whitesell and Hannibal's Kacey Rohl have been cast as Hercules and Meg, to appear in the 13th episode of Season 5, titled "Labor of Love."

The castings come on the heels of that Ally McBeal's Greg Germann will recur this spring as "The Distinguished Gentleman," which some have speculated is code for Hades.

Additionally, we have learned that Bailee Madison (The Good Witch, Trophy Wife) will reprise her role as Young Snow White in the same episode (the second to air after the long winter break). Madison last appeared on Once in March 2013.

Hercules is described as "a dashing, strapping young man" who is "single-minded in his pursuit of his destiny: to be the greatest hero who ever lived. All that changes however, when he falls in love with a beautiful princess.

Meg, meanwhile, is "a plucky young adventurer with a sly sense of humor and a tough, no-nonsense spirit. And though she has spent a long time languishing in a dungeon, her inner spark has not burned out. Rather, it is waiting for the right opportunity to shine brightly again."

Whitesell and Rohl are currently set for just the one episode.

Whitesell's previous TV credits include episodes of The 100, iZombie and Fox's upcoming X-Files revival. In addition to her Hannibal run, Rohl has appeared on Fringe, Supernatural and The Killing.

'Lost In Space' TV Series Remake In Works At Netflix

Legendary TV's Lost In Space, a remake of sci-fi master Irwin Allen's 1965 cult TV classic, is headed to Netflix. I've learned that in a competitive situation, with multiple bidders, the streaming network has landed the project, which is being written with an eye toward a straight-to-series order.

The new Lost In Space is described as an epic but grounded science fiction saga focusing on a young explorer family from earth lost in an alien universe and the challenges they face in staying together against seemingly insurmountable odds. It hails from feature writers Matt Sazama and Burk Sharpless (Dracula Untold) who executive produce with Kevin Burns of Synthesis Entertainment, as well as Neil Marshall and Marc Helwig of Legendary TV-based Applebox. Marshall is expected to direct.

The 1965 series, set 30 years into the future (1997), revolved around an attempt by the U.S. to colonize deep space by sending a single family, the Robinsons, on a 5 1/2-year journey to another planet. But a foreign secret agent, Dr. Zachary Smith, sabotages the mission, causing the ship to veer off course and become lost in space.

The original series aired on CBS for three seasons and ended its run after 83 episodes over a combination of softening ratings and rising costs. It was produced by 20th Century Fox, which continues to syndicate the existing episodes but does not hold rights or have any underlying ownership in the franchise.

Lost In Space marked its 50th anniversary in September with release of Irwin Allen's Lost In Space: The Complete Adventures on Blu-ray Disc, featuring all 83 episodes digitally remastered.

"Fargo" Scores A Third Season Renewal

FX has announced that they've renewed their crime anthology series "Fargo" for a third season. Showrunner and creator Noah Hawley is set to return for the next round of the critically-lauded drama.

The news comes as the second season heads into its second half and has attained the highest Metacritic score of any TV series in 2015 with a jaw-dropping 96/100 - above "Master of None" and "Louie: Season 5" (91), "Bojack Horseman: Season 2" (90), "The Knick: Season 2" (85), and "Portlandia: Season 5" (84).

Though not a ratings juggernaut, "Fargo" also has a very steady and stable audience with the most recent episode averaging 2.6 million viewers, more than 1 million of them adults 18-49, in Live + Three Day Figures.

Hawley will be entrenched with the network for the forseeable future as he's also working on the "X-Men" spin-off TV series "Legion" and an event series adaptation of Kurt Vonnegut's "Cat's Cradle".

It's official! Wonder Woman is now shooting. And the first photo has arrived. It shows Gal Gadot as Diana Prince in her Wonder Woman hood and headband. Patty Jenkins is directing this fourth installment in the DC Comics Extended Universe. She is best known for her hit 2003 drama Monster and her work on the AMC series The Killing

Principle photography is taking place in England. The character of Wonder Woman is set to make her big screen debut in this March's superhero epic Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice. Arriving in theaters on June 23, 2017, Wonder Woman will mark the first time this iconic DC Comics character has ever headlined a feature film. She will also be seen in Justice League Part 1 in 2017 and Justice League Part 2 in 2019.

Wonder Woman has lined up an impressive ensemble cast that will help make up the DCEU. Starring alongside Gal Gadot[ is Chris Pine, perhaps best known for his role as Captain James T. Kirk in the new Star Trek movie series that launched in 2009. He stars as Diana Prince's love interest Captain Steve Trevor. It is rumored that Chris Pine may be playing duel roles, taking on the character of Trevor's grandfather in part of the story set in World War I.

Supergirl Casting A (Young) Superman

Supergirl viewers will soon be able to put a face to Kara's famously named cousin.

CBS' rookie DC drama, which thus far has limited Superman's presence to a few shadowy, shot-from-behind cameos, is poised to unmask the Man of Steel in early 2016 - but there's a tiny twist: The Superman we'll be meeting will be leaping not over buildings in a single bound, but into puberty.

According to some fresh casting intel, the show is seeking a 13-year-old actor with "future leading man looks" to play the potentially recurring role of Kal-El, aka the future MoS.

Lil' Supes will first appear in this season's 13th episode via a string of flashbacks that will establish the cherished bond between him and Kara.

Scratching my head on this one?
