Nathan Fillion is returning as Firefly's Captain Mal...but it may not be what fans are expecting.
Nathan will suit up in his iconic brown coat for 2 episodes of ABC's sitcom American Housewife.

Let me guess guys, I was the only one to notice it.   The most recent episode of Westworld   s2,ep4.   The last 5 minutes.
Cameron was there just over 10 years ago.    Come on guys, tell me someone recognised the church from
TSCC s2,ep8 @ DeJalo ?
Is it only me that sees these things?
I don't have any pictures but if you would like to see the pictures, I'll take them with my camera from the TV.

I wasn't about to edit the above link # 484 above, so I've placed the 2 links taken from Westworld of the church on set in Hollywood.

Regarding the above post.  I found it to be an interesting read but I don't entirely agree with some of what was said.  I left a comment beneath the link that is highlighted in orange above. (I'm not in Scotland any more btw).
Amazing, the youtube video in the link to the appraisal that I just read....  I think I either suffer from amnesia, or I've never seen that video before.

I haven't started watching WESTWORLD season 2 yet but I'll keep an eye on that church, promise :-)

I'm glad that the blog I linked to caught your attention. For the anecdote, I posted the deleted scene from the TSCC pilot you're referring to.

It's been almost 10 years since TSCC ended, but it's is good to see that people find the show interesting enough to publish reviews.

I came across an old article from September 2008.

Blowin' stuff up on the set of 'Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles'

Quote
On the second season premiere of FOX’s Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles, the Connor residence became conspicuously uninhabitable after a brawl featuring both humans and at least one rogue robot left the home a wreck and racked up a high body count.

The Sarah Connor effects team, led by series special effects supervisor Steve Galich, returned to the scene of the tragedy this week with a team of online journalists — We kept being called "bloggers," a designation that might offend me if I weren’t, um, blogging this — to showcase the show’s feature-level pyrotechnics.

A Second Opinion: 3 Reasons Why the Terminator Reboot Needs Another "Sarah Connor Chronicle"
By Rob Payne, July 12, 2013

[...]But the piece of Terminator lore that I absolutely, without question love with all my grouchy heart is the cancelled-too-soon network drama, “Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles.”[...]

In Alan Sepinwall's "What's Alan watching?" blog, in its review of TSCC 02.21 "Adam Raised a Cain", he provides us a glimpse of Derek's death, I'm quoting Alan:

(**) UPDATE: I contacted Toni Graphia, who wrote "Adam Raised a Cain," to ask who came up with the idea to bump off Derek in such a cold manner, and she said it was Friedman's:

As far as killing Derek, what I can tell you is that my boss Josh Friedman, whom I greatly respect for his instincts to "go against the grain" of traditional television, was the one who gave the mandate that Derek's death be true to life -- shocking, quick, with no time for tears. If I had even hinted at writing a big speech or heroic sacrifice, I would have been banned from the Warner Bros lot! LOL. Sarah's getting arrested was something I pushed for in the episode -- I was dying to see that "perp walk" and believe the fans would appreciate it too. Whenever something got cut, I would say, "as long as Sarah does the perp walk, I'm good." Killing Derek was Josh's idea and the way it was portrayed was exactly how he wanted -- the most realistic and therefore the most gut-wrenching and sad in its shocking simplicity. Yes, it's different than how deaths of main characters are usually portrayed, but to the credit of the Fox execs, they trust Josh's strong vision for the show and it has helped make Sarah Connor a unique experience.

@admirator has a funny post on Twitter:
https://twitter.com/Grpiece/status/1102830243683942400

It reminded me about a possible explanation provided by two of the funniest comments about the "bed scene" in S2E08 "Mr Ferguson is ill today" I've read to date, on Doux Reviews:

Jess Lynde (the author):
John and Cameron having a heart to heart in his room: intensely creepy and fascinating all at the same time. Watching Cameron trying to manipulate John was really eerie. She really pulled out all the stops: stripping down a bit, joining him in bed, etc. It’s unsettling to me that he would even remotely consider being romantically involved with her."

Sloth15:
Oh, and you ask how John can even consider getting down with Cameron? Seriously, did you see her in that scene? It has been a while since I've been a 17 year old boy, but Summer looked pretty damn hot.

Paul Kelly:
Sloth15: Well said... lol. There's been a lot of talk across the forums recently, panning the idea of a potential John/Cameron hookup on the grounds of it being somehow creepy/disgusting. Has no-one seen Battlestar Galactica? Having sex with robots is the new black. It's not like they look like Tweaky or V.I.N.C.E.N.T anymore.

Tweaky

Tweaky

VINCENT

VINCENT

Peter:
Regarding John and Cameron having sex, I would like to quote a well known expert on the practice, Spike: "Sex with robots is more common than most people think." (Angel S5 episode Lineage)
