New Summer Beach Bikini Aluminium Print Giveaway

POSTED BY chrisdvanne ON Sep 30, 2013 / 21 COMMENTS

Good news for all the participants to the first aluminium print giveaway. Our friend Fox012 managed to get a second aluminium print featuring Summer Glau at the beach. Once again, he offered us to hold a contest and give Summer Glau fans the chance to hang on their wall an exceptional piece.
While the photo is identical, the dimensions are this time 20 inches x 60 inches, i.e. 50 cm x 150 cm. Here are two photos of the life-sized aluminium plate to win:

To enter the giveaway, all you have to do is write a comment under this blog post or anywhere else this giveaway is posted online, and a winner will be chosen randomly among the participants.
Please note that Fox012 is located in Germany, which means sending this large print overseas could be expensive. That also means the final attribution relies on the condition that the winner and Fox012 can sort out the delivery conditions.
So good luck everyone and a huge thank you to Fox012 for his generous offer!
Check out the lovely photos that Necrowizard, the winner of the previous giveaway, send us:

Summer's beautiful shot is taken from a photoshoot by Brian Bowen Smith for Esquire magazine.
On a related topic, here's the awesome  44 x 48 inch (110 x 120 cm) aluminium print that Fox012 send me; a promo shot from the sci-fi hit series Continuum featuring the beautiful Rachel Nichols in her Kiera Cameron costume:

The Esquire promo shot is often used for signed photo of Summer at conventions.

Okay, I'll try my luck again. It's a very lovely photo.

As far as I know, shipping to the U.S. might be possible with that aluminium print, so Americans are welcome to enter the contest.

  Message #4 | Fox012 | 2013 Sep 30, 23:23 GMT

it's Possible but still slightly expensive shipment costs from Germany to any destination in the US excluding minor outlying islands is 54 euro  (~ $75 depending on current exchange rates) =)

  Message #6 | Belial | 2013 Sep 30, 23:45 GMT

Here's to another chance! smile

  Message #7 | rayador | 2013 Sep 30, 23:47 GMT

HOW HOW! Let's try it again. So... Is it at real scale or not?

  Message #8 | Jason_Connor | 2013 Sep 30, 23:47 GMT

Ya, I live in Washington State so my concern would be the cost of shipping it here.

  Message #9 | Fox012 | 2013 Oct 01, 01:21 GMT

as i said the shipping costs to any destination in the us (excluding the islands) will be around 75 dollars...

  Message #10 | Fox012 | 2013 Oct 01, 01:52 GMT

Real scale ?

  Message #11 | chrisdvanne | 2013 Oct 01, 08:27 GMT

Yes, it is!

As Charley mentioned previously: "she's 5'6" which is almost 168 cm. So you should add 18 cm to the height of that poster to match her real height. We do not see her knees on that poster but I would say the space above her head with those extra 18 cm should compensate for that."

As an aside, the scale of the "Continuum" aluminium print is much bigger smile

  Message #13 | tommofrog | 2013 Oct 01, 13:59 GMT

Best of luck all!

  Message #16 | rayador | 2013 Oct 02, 23:50 GMT

Isn't that how it is called a 1:1 rate?
I'm taking notes so if you know how that is called, I'm looking.

By the way. Thanks a lot for giving us that oportunity.

  Message #17 | Ken | 2013 Oct 03, 12:53 GMT

  Message #18 | PurpleHayes | 2013 Oct 04, 00:17 GMT
