Who wants to see never seen before videos files taken from The Alliance database? I managed to get The Operative's logins and therefore could penetrate The Alliance's Database. The classified files contain the personal files of the Serenity crew members, as well as propaganda videos inviting you to join the Alliance Military or to buy a Blue Sun tee-shirt.
From the “Alliance Database” feature on the Serenity blu-ray, see Wash with a mustache, learn Kaylee's full name, see Mal and Zoe in a bad mood, and more. To make things easier, I have gathered the 11 short Youtube videos in a playlist.

Fond of eating Ice Planets and icing anyone that threatens her family, the young enigma River Tam will be back in 'Firefly: Fistful of Credits', a two-to-four-player cooperative board game set in Joss Whedon’s Firefly universe.
Do the job. Get paid. Aim to misbehave.
The Firefly Fistful of Credits is a 2 to 4 player cooperative game where players step into the boots of Serenity's crew to pull off a series of dangerous heists and hopefully walk away with their lives and a tidy fortune!
The game features 3 distinct heist scenarios inspired by the episodes "Bushwhacked," "The Train Job," and "Ariel;" each with their own highly-detailed board, tokens, and Heist card, which details unique objectives from the show that must be accomplished in order to win.
Players pair up any 2 of the 9 crew members, forming unique teams that work with other players to collect gear, fight, and face both luck and misfortune while racing against the clock to complete the heist. Be careful: triggering an alarm, lollygagging around, or sticking your nose in the wrong crate can open up a whole world of ugly - be it Reavers, Alliance, or the sinister Hands of Blue!
Fail and it's all over... but succeeding means you and your crew walk away with more than a Fistful of Credits!
Find below a picture of the product as well as the official wallpapers featuring the Big Damn Heroes.
‘Firefly: Fistful of Credits’ arrives July 2015 with an MSRP of $59.99. You can pre-order a copy from Entertainment Earth.
In Joss Whedon's universe, the crew of Serenity seem more like anti-heroes than superheroes from the Marvel universe but prompted by designer and all around geek Foureyedesign's Big Damn Heroes comic cover series, I'm starting to notice the similarities.
Check out Foureyedesign's one of a kind fantastical designs below, featuring River Tam as The Doctor's STRANGE sister, Shepherd Book as The Incredible BOOK, Inara as The Companion, Wash and Zoe as The Leaf and The Wind, Jayne as The Mighty Jayne, Kaylee as The Invincible Kaylee or Mal Reynolds as Captain Tightpaints.
Rude, loud and painfully aware of their inner struggles, here's hoping Marvel brings in some Firefly characters to the next Avengers movies.

If you're a fan of the Firefly series, dice games, or push your luck games, you'll be excited to hear that Upper Deck has announced the release of Firefly: Shiny Dice.
Play as the crew of the Serenity as you complete mission objectives. Do you press your luck for great rewards or risk losing it all to the Alliance?
Get a mission, try to complete it and make money while trying not to get caught. The game lasts three rounds and whoever has the most points after three rounds wins. Declare yourself the “Best in the ‘Verse!”
15-30 minute play time
15 Custom dice
2 Full color game mats
The game is scheduled for August release, with a manufacturer's suggested retail price of $29.99.

One of the reasons fans attend conventions such as Wizard World is to get up-close-and-personal photos with their favorite actors. These photo ops tend to be standard smile-at-the-camera poses. But sometimes the photos are far more amusing than that. Check out the highlights of Celeb Photo Ops at Wizard World Comic Con Philadelphia 2015, featuring WWE's star Sting, Gotham's Ben McKenzie, Doctor Who's Billie Piper and David Tennant, Arrow's Katie Cassidy and Stephen Amell, The Walking Dead's Michael Rooker, Harry Potter's James and Oliver Phelps to name a few and start getting ideas for YOUR photo op at the next con!

I'm always delighted to see a representation of Summer. Imagine my joy when I came across beautiful portraits of Summer by New York-based graphic designer and illustrator, Nick Moscovitz. I couldn't help myself and asked Nick if I could share copies of some of them with you. He loved the idea and gave me permission to reproduce his drawings. I hope you will enjoy Nick's art featuring Summer, which is based on promotional photos for TV shows such as ‘Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles’ and ‘The Cape’, as well as photos from public events. See it for yourself!
As an aside, I'm very pleased that Summer and her work continue to be an inspiration for artists, whether they are graphic or video artists, photographers - I'm looking at you Joan Allen - or fan-fiction writers. Artistic creativity nourishes fans’ imaginations, fosters a feeling of community, and potentially draws new fans through exposure - which can only benefit Summer herself, the work she’s a part of, and even the artists themselves (whether they're her fans or employers). This in turn feeds the fandom, due to sustained or increased popularity, and so on and so forth... It’s a beautifully symbiotic relationship that should be encouraged and nurtured.
