Arrow hit the ratings bullseye last night. Final ratings for Diggle-centric 'Keep Your Enemies Closer' have come in and Arrow had 3.09 million viewers and a 1.2 in Adult 18-49 demo. This episode was the show's most-watched and highest-rated episode of the season in Adult 18-49 and Adult 18-34.
I guess The Black Canary arc didn't hurt the ratings. But Summer Glau's heavy promoting of the show through online interviews didn't hurt it either. It looked like Summer was Arrow's Public Relation this week.
The CW was so happy with last night’s numbers that they issued a press release about how many milestones Arrow hit last night; and keep in mind that the press release is based on preliminary numbers but Arrow has adjusted UP in final ratings.

Summer Glau looked amazing in the sixth episode of the second season of The CW's superhero drama Arrow ''Keep Your Enemies Closer'. The character she plays, Isabel Rochev, is a high level business woman used to frequenting boards meetings and fashionables evenings, therefore she wears the most sophisticated clothes and combine them with the most refined accessories.
