WonderCon 2009 - Gallery Update

Summer Glau, Shirley Manson and Josh Friedman attented WonderCon San Francisco 2009 to promote the second season of Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles.

TSCC showrunner Josh Friedman assembled especially for the convention a four minute promo trailer, featuring significant spoilers from the second season’s final six episodes. This action-packed clip was screened in front of the 3,500 fans in attendance. The final image of the clip (was it a coincidence?) was heavily discussed in the TSCC forums when fans in attendance mentioned it (the video was not available back then); here's the clip:

Terminator iPhone Game

FOX launched on September 2008 a Terminator-themed iPhone and Web game of cat and mouse, Ambush, to promote Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles. The player's mission is simply to survive in a fight to either protect or eliminate Skynet, the self-aware computer network bent on destroying the world.

Ambush can be played either online or on the iPhone. The online player's goal is to predict the movements of their targets in the virtual city and set traps in an attempt to terminate their iPhone opponents. The iPhone player's goal is to survive within this virtual city by sending real-time GPS location information and avoiding traps set by their online opponents.

The game is available as a free download from the iTunes app store. To get signed up and either defend or obliterate humanity, the gamer had to visit the Terminator Ambush site, now defunct.
