We have a new gallery layout!

We have a brand new layout in the gallery!

It’s been a few weeks since I’m trying to code something to use with a beautiful header I did using various Summer's photoshoots. I wanted a mobile friendly layout and, of course, I wasn’t able to so my huge thanks to Sin21 Designs for their responsive theme I used as base. And, because of this, you now can view your favorite pictures of Summer on tablets and cellphones as well (Try to resize your browser window, and see the magic happen!).

A matching website theme and video archive are in the making. I hope you enjoy the new gallery layout as much as I do. Be sure to check it out and let us know what you think!

I noticed you were working on this a few weeks ago. Looks and works very well  smile
You might wanna lose the Login button though, it's not a big deal or anything but the normal user has no use for it since the site login doesn't work on there and register.php leaves me with a permission error.

I dig the theme, nice work.

Glad you like it biggrin

If you're familiar with Coppermine galleries, you have probably noticed that they're not completely mobile-friendly. Yet I found a few workarounds to make our gallery look good anyway.

About the Login button, this is the one I use when I want to login in order to upload or modify images. While a "standard" user of the gallery doesn't need it, the admins and users who have access to the gallery do. Although I'm thinking about removing useless button such as "Last Comments" or "My favorites".

I like the new design. Its much easier to navigate. It feels less clunky smile

Btw I like  your avatar Cammy. I haven't seen that pic of Summer before. Where's it from?

Thanks! As to where the picture is from, your guess is as good as mine. Seems likely that it was taken at some sort of convention or other public event.
