Though she had planned to attend Supanova Adelaide and Brisbane last year, Summer Glau had to deal with an urgent, last-minute commitment. Prior to the cancellation, Summer gave a phone interview to Lachlan Aird for Adelaide-based weekly Australian street magazine Rip It Up.
In the interview, Summer speaks about the love of fans for Firefly, her transition from "Summer the Ballerina" to a Los Angeles-based actress, the impact Joss Whedon made on my life and her appreciation of Lena Headey, both off and on screen.
Here's the page from the digital edition of Rip It Up magazine, published on November 13, 2013.
