A dedicated young fan by the name of Addison aptly makes her debut in front of the camera after some sound advice from Summer who told her she should try acting when the two of them met each other at Comicpalooza Houston.
If you recollect, Addison’s father Chris gave us the pleasure of sharing with us the touching story of Addison meeting Summer at this year’s Comicpalooza Houston, as well as lovely photos taken by Val.
The adorable little girl plucked up the courage in such a kind manner and asked Summer a question at her Q&A panel and Summer answered she should try being an actress.
And now here is how the rest of the story unfolds. Addison’s father told us with a broad smile she absolutely took Summer’s advice and shortly afterwards she participated in a short movie that was created for the 24 Hour Film Race 2015.
You can view the short titled "Good Daddies" below.
I no doubt think we had some natural talent on show and possibly we have a new star that has been born after that heartwarming and exceptionally encouraging performance, and wasn’t Addison so comfortable in front of the camera lens in the short movie. Cherry on the pie, the short won 4th place in Best Film category and a Best Actor to throw in as well.
Avid visitors of this site may have recognized the people in the background, aka Addison’s father Chris himself and the fairy brothers Dim & Wit; see photos with Summer from Comicpalooza Houston 2015 below.
About the 24 Hour Film Race 2015:
Filmmakers around the world were challenged to create short films based on a surprise theme (an unexpected guest), action (watering a plant), and prop assignment (a cookie) as part of the 14th Annual 24 Hour Film Race. The top 24 films from the competition were presented on Saturday, August 29th in New York City as part of a Gala Screening which includes a Q&A with the filmmakers and a live awards ceremony.

I just love the expression on Summer's face the prospect of having the same pep-talk with Milena further down the line.
There is no elevator to success you have to take the stairs, but as we can see from the short movie the talent is pretty much there to be seen from this adorable little princess.
High-five Addison you're awesome!
